Green Certification

We are consultants with experience in more than 300 Green Building projects, including over 100 projects that have achieved Green Building certification. Some of the Green Building rating tools we have worked with for certification processes include Greenship, LEED, EDGE, Green Mark, WELL, and Bangunan Gedung Hijau (BGH). We also have experts with professional accreditation (Accredited Professionals) in Green Building certifications such as LOTUS, BERDE, Parksmart, and BREEAM.

Design Assist

We provide design assistance services to Architects, MEP, Structural, Landscape, and Lighting planners in relation to Green Building. Our services ensure the implementation of Green Building certification throughout the following stages:

  • Conceptual design
  • Basic Design
  • Detailed Design

Simulation Assist

We provide simulation services that are verified through Green Building certification, supported by accredited software recognized in Green Building assessments. Our services include:

  • Standardized energy simulation for certification reporting under LEED, Greenship, and Green Mark.
  • CFD simulation.
  • Standardized lighting simulation for reporting under LEED, Greenship, and BGH.
  • Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), following reporting standards for LEED and EPD.

Construction Assist

We provide construction assistance services to contractors and construction management consultants. Our services ensure that the implementation of Green Building certification during the construction stage is properly executed and documented in accordance with Green Building certification standards.
